Yes. You can attach a file to outgoing emails as long as your web browser supports the attachment of files (such as Netscape Navigator 3.x and later, or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or later, etc.). Just click the "Attachment" button on the compose message screen.

You can also download files attached to incoming emails by clicking on the file attachment icon on your screen.

Yes, you can add a valid URL or email address in your message body and it will automatically be converted to a clickable link in the recipients email. For example you could enter the following in your message body:

16) Can I send unsolicited emails?
Absolutely not! As per Top10Links terms of service, which all account holders must agree to before signing up, the sending of unsolicited, bulk, commercial, junk or otherwise inappropriate email, as defined in our terms of service, is strictly forbidden. Those account holders found to have sent this type of email will have their accounts immediately deleted and may be subject to damages and legal action.

17) What if I receive an unsolicited email?
If you receive an unsolicited email, there are a few things that you can do.

First, if removal instructions are given you can reply to the email requesting your email address be removed from their mailing list.

If the offending party continues to send you email, despite your request to be removed, you can add them to your "filter" so that any future emails from them get automatically directed to your trash.

You can also forward any offending emails to us at [email protected] and we will add them to our global block filter so that they are removed before they even make it to your account.

18) Are there any storage limits?
Yes, both the total disk space taken up by your messages and folders is limited to 2 MB of storage space. Please try to keep your account under this limit to prevent messages from being deleted as deleted messages cannot be recovered.

To check how much space your current folders and messages are taking up, click on the "Edit Folders" link at the top of the page. If you are getting near the 2 MB limit, simply delete some messages or folders that you no longer need.

19) Can my account become "Inactive"?
Yes, if you do not sign in to your account for 60 days, or if you do not sign-in within the first 5 days, your account will be marked "inactive" and is subject to be deleted at anytime thereafter.
